About Me

Building the
future of web

I'm Elias Perkins, a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 7+ years building production Next.js, React, and React Native applications.

As founder of Black Ivory Web Development, I've been the sole engineer on industrial safety and fleet emissions platforms — spanning TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Supabase, and RBAC.

I'm comfortable owning the full SDLC from architecture and database design through deployment, CI/CD, and performance optimization. Based in the Los Angeles area and open to hybrid or remote collaboration.
